Very authentic and traditional feel. I loved the huts on the beach and how you woke up to the sea right on your doorstep. There is a private outdoor shower which I thought was a really great touch. The place is very clean and very comfortable with a lot of wood finishings and use of natural materials in their decor. Staff were so relaxed and helpful and happy to arrange anything you need.

BahrainThe concept is unique and original in Oman, and this made for an authentic stay within a natural setting. The room was tastefully furnished with all amenities needed and above. Spectacular features such as an amazing open-air shower complete with an overlooking palm tree added to this. Worth mentioning too is the untouched private beach area complete with camels coming for an early morning stroll. The staff is courteous and helpful. Thank you to everyone there

OmanBeautifully situated on the beach with a small lagoon as nearest neighbour, just go out birding before breakfast! The food is really good and varied (we stayed for a week), homemade from the ground, so no need to go anywhere else for dinner. The owners and staff have a very friendly and welcoming attitude, and makes you feel home. This is like heaven compared to the noisy and vulgar tourist resort a couple of kilometres to the west.

SwitzerlandThis is a beautiful, down to earth retreat, nestled along the beach, and it immediately sets you at peace. The staff are wonderful too! Unlike ‘standard’ resorts in Salalah, Souly is quiet and authentic. On my last day, I found out they even have their own solar farm and battery, and vegetable garden growing all the vegetables for their restaurant. I recommend this wholeheartedly and was so grateful to have stayed here.

They also had some really cute little areas you could eat in with friends. To top off the great experience, we saw dolphins during breakfast each day- amazing!!
