We offer our visitors Oriental, European, Arabic, and Indian dishes prepared by our talented kitchen chef and his team. Omani cuisine is specialized in its delicious dishes which are served with various types of herbs and spices. There is nothing quite like tasting our unique traditional dishes.
The organic ingredients we use are locally produced, and of an exceptional standard as our vegetables, tubers, and herbs are grown on our own organic farm. Our world-class menu changes with the seasons and ensures each delectable mouthful is prepared with the finest and freshest products available.
Catering Services
Souly Lodge invites you for a change of scenery if you wish it. You can choose to dine indoors in a relaxing atmosphere with traditional décor, or outdoors under the stars with a view of the ocean. You will appreciate the light evening breeze that will whet your appetite!
The more adventurous will test the traditional Omani barbecued lamb around a campfire, a superb experience (with supplement). A true experience for the senses through oriental cuisine, in the heart of the desert.
We have a private dinner, or you can dine in the privacy of your bungalow. For an intimate evening, opt for an à la carte dinner or a private barbecue at the location of your choice or in your bungalow (with supplement).
The Souly Lodge Bar
The bar offers a large selection of non-alcoholic exotic cocktails, sodas or tea or you might want to enjoy our unique Omani coffee. An ideal place to relax before or after dinner. Make yourself comfortable in the traditional cushions and simply appreciate the time that passes in an exceptional environment.
